In her first-ever beauty campaign, Emmy and Golden Globe-winning actress Edie Falco stars as the “Godmother of Glow” for Maybelline.

Inspired by Miss. Edie’s iconic role as Carmela Soprano, we worked with the team at Artisan Council to create a multi-episode social series for Maybelline’s digital platforms that feels like we stepped back onto the set of The Sopranos…because we literally did.

We shot the campaign at the iconic Bamonte’s in Brooklyn, NY, which was an actual location in multiple episodes of The Sopranos. Miss. Edie was a total pro and a great sport, even improving a few lines — she’s right you know, you should really try the rigatoni, it’s out of this world.
